We do our best to guarantee your satisfaction and our return policy is as follows:

Frames, wheels, components, and other hardgoods cannot be returned and are treated as final sale.

Soft goods (clothing, helmets, etc.) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and assuming tags have not been removed. Any goods which are defective can be returned at no charge for replacement, refund, or store-credit, at the discretion of Blacksmith Cycle. Return shipping costs must be fully covered by the customer.

Any deposits for custom orders are non-refundable. Used products cannot be returned for any reason, unless under a manufacturer’s warranty.

We do our best to estimate delivery timing, but please note that late delivery due to production delays or shipping issues is not a legitimate reason to cancel an order.

Return or Exchange process: If an item has been deemed faulty in any way upon original inspection, simply email us with photos and a description, as well as whether you prefer a return or exchange. We will notify you of the approval of your return or exchange, including an RA #. If you are approved, then your return or exchange will be processed, and we will send a FedEx waybill (the cost of which will be discounted from your refund) or you can ship the item from any Canada Post / USPS location in the U.S. or Canada, noting that the item is a RETURN WITH ZERO VALUE.
We recommend choosing signature required on delivery to ensure the package is not lost.

For international orders, buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please note that customers are responsible for any and all return shipping costs, including customs charges, which will be deducted from any potential refund amount. For this reason, please specify that your package is a “return item” so that additional costs do not apply. Exchanges will be given either a replacement item, repair, or store-credit, at the discretion of Blacksmith Cycle alone. Returns will be refunded, minus any shipping costs.

Shipping for International Exchanges: To return an item from outside the U.S. or Canada, after receiving an authorization number, please mail your product to:

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for goods until they are received.


All items must be returned in brand new and original condition. Please do not affix postage labels, packing tape, or write addresses directly on the product packaging – doing so will disqualify your items for a refund. Please place your product in an appropriate and protective shipping box or envelope and affix the shipping label to this package. Blacksmith is not responsible for products that are returned incorrectly, damaged, or lost during transit.

If your original purchase qualifies for any promotional offers please be mindful that any returned product may disqualify you from these benefits. (For example, minimum spend of $150 for free shipping, bundling products for x% off, free gift with purchase.) The refunded amount for returned products may not be at the purchased value. Any promotional offer benefit received in the original purchase will be withheld. If applicable, these deductions will be communicated through email in advance of any return.
