STANDERT 

Standert, designed and tested in Berlin, offers a retro-chic take on the modern bicycle through their use of aluminum and steel. Founded in 2012 by two bicycle-lovers, they pride themselves on the principle of not making or offering any product that they would not buy and use 100% themselves. Standert is new to the Blacksmith family for the 2022 season and we can’t wait to see what we do together this season and beyond!

Our connection to the brand 

We have adored Standert bikes for some time now, chatting with Max and his team for several years now about bringing the elusive German brand to North America. Offering amazing value in a wide variety of track, road and gravel platforms, with modern features like T47 bottom brackets and internal cable routing. The range includes both steel (made in Italy) and aluminum (made in Taiwan) options for a variety of riding styles.
