Refund policy

We guarantee your satisfaction and offer a returns policy as follows:

We confirm order details after an order has been received.
You will have the opportunity to amend or cancel your order within 24 hours should any conditions not be to your liking.
Once this period has passed, no refunds are granted under any circumstances, as all orders are considered bespoke one-off purchases. Exceptions on soft goods as size and fit are personal, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed and with tags on, we can return or exchange it. 
Any deposits or purchases made are therefore non-refundable.
New, unused gear that has errors / defects can be returned for for replacement, repair, or store-credit, at the discretion of Blacksmith Cycle.
Full store credit will be granted only if the order has legitimate defects or errors that cannot be remedied otherwise.
Used gear cannot returned for any reason, sorry.
We do our best to estimate timing, but please note that late delivery is NEVER a legitimate reason to cancel an order, period.
With hand-built goods, stuff happens, so it is worth noting that NO ORDER COMES WITH A TIME GUARANTEE.

If an item has been deemed faulty in any way upon original inspection, simply email us with photos and a descriptions.
We will also notify you of the approval of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and we will send a FedEx waybill for drop-off of the item at any FedEx location in the U.S. or Canada. For international orders, buyer is responsible for shipping.
Exchanges will be given either a replacement item, repair, or store-credit, at the discretion of Blacksmith Cycle alone.

Shipping for International Exchanges:
To return an item from outside the U.S. or Canada, after receiving an authorization number, please mail your product to:

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for goods until they are received.
