The TEMPO ARGO R5 is a versatile endurance road saddle with a short-nose design and generous ischial support that promotes stability. Where a traditional saddle forces the rider to frequently shift position for more leverage, the Argo places the rider in a more grounded posture, offering greater stability and optimized weight distribution. The Tempo Argo's short length allows you to sit further forward without putting excessive pressure on sensitive areas. It also features an ergonomic cutout developed through detailed pressure analysis and input from medical experts. The Argo is our most versatile saddle shape, and each version is suited to different riding styles. As an endurance option, the Tempo Argo is designed to provide a feel that complements the balanced geometry of today's all-round road bikes. The padding is made with fizik's proprietary Type 2 foam, which is slightly thicker at the ischial tuberosities to support a more upright position.
