With an intimate understanding of bicycles at their core, they craft their framesets using premium pre-impregnated (pre-preg) carbon fiber, optimizing strength, weight, and comfort with a proprietary layup schedule. Their carbon forks feature unique rakes across five sizes, maintaining consistent ride characteristics. Employing custom-formed latex bladders and precise CNC cutting, they wrap plies around bladders, inserting them into in-house-milled tools for curing in a 50-ton heated press, resulting in top-tier hollow carbon fiber parts. These parts are bonded with aerospace-grade epoxy and meticulously prepared for the final paint finish.
